NWHL 2018-19 Schedule Released

July 26, 2018, Brooklyn, NY
 – The National Women’s Hockey League has released the schedule for the 2018-19 regular season. Season tickets for the Pride, Beauts, Whale, Whitecaps and Riveters are available now at NWHL.zone/tickets.

“This is one of our favorite times of the year as we unveil the 2018-2019 schedule and embark on Season Four of the NWHL,” said Hayley Moore, NWHL Deputy Commissioner and Director of Player Development. “There's a lot to celebrate this offseason with our third different Isobel Cup winner, Minnesota expansion, and of course, the U.S. Women's team bringing the Gold Medal back to the United States! It all enhances the excitement for October.”

All games this season are on Saturdays and Sundays. There is one neutral-site regular season game, as the Whale host the Riveters on Dec. 2 in Pittsburgh, hosted by the Penguins at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. The Whitecaps will face the Beauts on Dec. 29 as part of a special NWHL-NHL doubleheader before Bruins-Sabres at KeyBank Center in Buffalo. The 2019 NWHL All-Star Weekend will take place on Feb. 9-10, 2019 in a city to be announced later this year.

“Season Four shines a light on our newest market in Minnesota, and so many great new and returning players and role models to our league,” said Moore. “We will celebrate our outstanding NHL partners with double-header action, an All-Star Weekend, and neutral-site events. And as always, we welcome back National Team players and have breaks to accommodate our NWHL players competing on the world stage. Looking forward to the first puck drop at TRIA rink to kick things off”!

The Pride play at Warrior Ice Arena in Boston; the Beauts at Harborcenter in Buffalo; the Whale at Terry Conners Ice Rink in Stamford; the Whitecaps at TRIA Rink in Saint Paul; and the Riveters at RWJ Barnabas Health Hockey House in Newark. Additional details, including the Isobel Cup Playoffs, All-Star Weekend, and broadcast schedule, will be available at a later date.
