2. PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S HOCKEY LEAGUE (PWHL) ANNOUNCES FINAL TEAM ROSTERS

157 players from 12 countries will be part of the inaugural PWHL season.

“TORONTO, ON (December 12, 2023) – Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) teams have completed training camp evaluations and named 157 of the world’s best players, representing 12 different countries, to final rosters for the league’s inaugural season. All six team rosters consist of 26 players, including 23 signed to Standard Player Agreements and three Reserve Player Contracts. One additional player is currently listed on long term injured reserve.” Full Release HERE

“TORONTO, ON (December 14, 2023) – The Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) today announced that CCM Hockey and Bauer Hockey have been named Official Partners of the PWHL and lead a group of Official Equipment Suppliers that will outfit PWHL players on-ice this season. PWHL players will have the opportunity to connect with equipment suppliers throughout the season for custom fittings and to sample the newest performance lines.” Full Release HERE
