Tell us about yourself!
I am a goalie from Warman, Saskatchewan and I currently play for the female Warman AA wildcats hoping to make a AAA team in the fall. I have loved the game of hockey since I was little and my whole life revolves around it. I hope to only get better in the future
What made you want to be a WHL Brand Ambassador?
I want to promote women’s hockey and learn about women’s hockey around Canada.
What are you most looking forward to as a #WHLAMBASSADOR?
Meeting new girls as well as promoting my favourite sport.
What’s something not a lot of people know about you?
I love to quad and spend lots of time outside at big river Saskatchewan in the summer. I also enjoy playing volleyball.
If you could sit down and have dinner with one female hockey player, who would it be and why?
Sami Jo Small because I am a goalie just like her and I look up to her and would like to learn about her experience as a female goalie and the challenges she had to face.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given in hockey or in life?
My goalie coach told me that in order to be the best you have to know when to let things roll off your back.
What’s your dream for women’s hockey?
For women’s hockey players to get higher salaries and overall for younger generations to have more then boys hockey options.
