Zoe Hickel has played hockey at every level: from NCAA DI at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, to the NWHL, to the CWHL, to overseas in Sweden and China and even representing Team USA.

Now, she’s using what she’s learned to help other athletes to be at the top of their game as a strength and conditioning coach.

Our WHL Academy coach, Carson interviewed Zoe to give you advice on the importance of off-ice training and what you can be doing right now to improve your game—watch below!
