After a short summer of training, the Chatham Cougars have returned to campus for another exciting hockey season and academic year. Apart from the new incoming class of four, we encountered new changes on campus. Our institution recently went coeducational and welcomed one of the largest classes Chatham has seen in years. The anticipation for this upcoming season only grew this summer when we learned about off campus moves for our team.
The home of the Chatham Cougars has also changed. Over the summer, we shifted locations and for the first time in the history of our program, we have a locker room to call our own. Complete with purple and gray paint on the walls to match our new jerseys, our locker room is a new installation that I as a senior on the team have only envisioned since stepping foot on campus freshman year.
Looking forward to the season, the changes have only propelled us closer to our goals. We as a team are driven and motivated to make this season just as exhilarating and promising as all of the new provisions have been so far. Until next time,
Marie #4
