Norwich Cadets Looking for Redemption

After last year loosing in the frozen four finals to RIT we all knew we had to bring it even more this year. It was an interesting experience winning freshman year to loosing and watching RIT take it away from us last year. The team as a whole was not happy about the outcome of that game and this is why we are striving to work even harder this year.

Our team has been working extremely hard in the gym together and also on the ice with our captains practices. Family is one word our team loves to use to define ourselves and so we have been having BBQ cookouts and team bonding activities as well. Labor day weekend we had the pleasure to volunteer for the festivities held by the town of Northfield. We each had shifts all weekend and we would help people shoot pucks and give them prizes when they scored and we even had a raffle.

We are less then a month away from finally being able to step on the ice with the coaches and we are all excited and can’t wait!

Hope everyone’s year has started out well!!!
