Lightning and PWHPA partner to host 2022-23 Secret® Dream Gap Tour

TAMPA BAY, FL – Jan. 9, 2022 – The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Professional Women’s Hockey Players Association (PWHPA) are partnering to host four games of the 2022-23 Secret® Dream Gap Tour from February 24-26, 2023, at Advent Health Center Ice in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Additionally, the Lightning Hockey Development Department and the PWHPA will host two hockey clinics and a Try Hockey for Free event for local girls ages 5-16. The clinic will feature instruction from two-time Team USA World Champion Kelley Steadman, PWHPA athletes and coaches and the Lightning Hockey Development staff.

Two games will be played Saturday, February 25 at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. with the final two games taking place on Sunday, February 26 at 11:00 am and 2:00 p.m. The complete schedule can be seen below. Tickets for games and clinic sign-ups can be found here.

The on-ice clinic for girls aged 7-11 will take place on February 24 from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. followed by the clinic for girls aged 12-16 at 7:15 p.m.-8:15 p.m. Pricing for the clinics will be $65 and will include one ticket per participant to a select PWHPA game of their choice. The Try Hockey for Free clinic will be open to players ages 5-10 and will take place on February 25 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. All clinics will take place at Advent Health Center Ice in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

  • Game 1 – February 25th, 12:00 pm – Team adidas vs Scotiabank
  • Game 2 – February 25th, 3:00 pm – Team Sonnet vs Team Harvey’s
  • Game 3 – February 26th, 11:00 am – Team Harvey’s vs Team Scotiabank
  • Game 4 – February 26th, 2:00 pm – Team adidas vs Team Sonnet
