Growing up, hockey was my escape from everything. I truly made friendships that I know will last forever. The sport has taught me unbelievable strength in every aspect of life. I started playing at the age of three and was skating since I could walk. I spent my whole life at the rink and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Seeing women’s hockey grow in the past years is amazing and I hope that the sport never stops growing for women!
