Pre-season is coming to an end and so far our team is undefeated. We have played Bantam AAA boy’s teams, ACAC teams, and will also be playing Team Japan this following weekend. So far the month has been pretty tough since we haven’t had a day off since we started the month of September.
We have practiced four days a week, along with working out three times a week, then having three games on the weekend. Our program is looking to set the standard for fitness programs across CIS under the guidance of Dr. Gordon Bell. The three workouts focus on working the anaerobic alactic, anaerobic lactic, and aerobic systems. It will be neat to compare how the work we do now will affect our team’s fitness down the road. I think it is really going to pay off.
